My name is Stephanie Gonzalez, and I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Weightlifting Coach, and Nutritional Therapist. I began coaching in 2012 and have helped countless learn many modalities of fitness with an emphasis on functional weightlifting. I love working with beginners and experienced athletes focusing heavily on good functional form in a safe environment. I began my fitness journey in 2010 after the birth of my first child. I had a small amount of aerobic baseline and fell in love with weightlifting and haven’t looked back!

Sessions

In a typical session you can expect a warm up, strength movement of focus, metabolic conditioning and a focused cool down. Also, as a nutritional therapy practitioner, I usually add some nutrition tips during sessions.

How long are sessions?
Each session is 50 – 60 min long

What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle, a small towel and a smile

What should I wear?
Wear clothing that allows you to move and stretch and supportive shoes

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, I offer discounts if you bring a friend with you

For payment, what do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Debit/Credit

For nutrition Coaching, how long are the sessions?
That depends on what we are focusing on. Plan for 45 – 90 minutes.

Personal Training

Overall fitness routine great for someone wanting to add several modalities of fitness into each session which will include some weightlifting, body weight exercises, cardio, stretching and balance work. This is a great tool to choose for an overall fitness routine.

Weight Lifting

This is a great option for anyone interested in learning how weightlifting can benefit your life. In addition to adding lean muscle which helps burn more fat effectively, weightlifting is also helpful for boosting hormones lost as we age, improving sleep, strengthening the immune system, increasing balance, building bone density and adding a significant amount of strength and mobility. You will learn how to safely lift weights with good functional form for maximum results.

Nutrition Coaching

If you are curious to learn how to change a few things in your daily nutrition that will impact your health in a huge positive direction, consider this option. You will learn how to prioritize certain foods in your day that will help you on your fitness journey. No matter what your goals are, nutrition is always a smart way to go. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being consistent.
